Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged:

·      You must email info@likharoyale.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.

·      Include photos of the damaged item, packaging and your proof of purchase.

·      Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for consideration.

·      Approved claims may receive store credit to use on a future purchase at LikhaRoyale.com.

·      Store credit is non-transferrable and does not expire unless otherwise stated.
